At least one author must be registered by the 10th June, 2024 at a regular (non-student and non-life member) rate. Failure to register before the deadline will result in withdrawal of the paper from the conference program and the proceedings.
One full author (IEEE ComSoc, IEEE member or Non IEEE member) registration can cover up to 2 papers.
Each paper must be presented by an author. Note that papers which are not presented at the conference will be excluded from the official proceedings and will not appear on IEEE Xplore. It is therefore very important that at least one author of this paper attend the conference to present the work.
Registration includes:
- Tutorials on Sunday, 14th July, 2024 (pre-registration indicating the preference for a specific tutorial will be requested).
- All technical sessions will be organized from Monday to Wednesday.
- Coffee breaks from Sunday to Wednesday.
- One copy of the electronic proceedings (memory stick).
- Welcome reception on Monday, 15th July, 2024 evening.
- Banquet on Tuesday, 16th July, 2024, at Caiçaras Club.
IEEE ComSoc membership and student fees:
Participants applying for the IEEE or IEEE ComSoc membership fee must provide their membership number.
Student registration will only be accepted after proof of student status (i.e., certification card, letter endorsed by a supervisor or head of department) is sent to delamare@puc-rio.br.
